Throughout our 5k programs, our boys will make new friends, learn through fun games and activities, and, of course, enjoy running!

What are you waiting for? Register your boys today to participate in our community running program!

Some insurance companies may even reimburse or pay for our program, so contact your provider to see if this is something they offer. Financial Aid is also available for those who need it.

Spring 2023 Program

We were founded in Western New York in 2013 and are now celebrating our 10th year. We have expanded to other areas and are excited to bring the program to even more locations. If you’re interested in starting a site in your area, please fill out our new site application.

Registration opens on February 1st for all areas. However, please note that NOT all sites have been confirmed by then. We are still developing many areas currently and the deadline to find coaches and start up a site is March 20th.

Our largest area is in Western New York and we start the week of April 10th with a 5k June 10th.

Keep in mind that start and end dates for the program may vary depending on the location, and not all sites will be holding their 5k on the same day. To register for our hometown 5k in Western New York, please visit the race tab and follow the link provided.
